Registration
- Registration form should be filled out appropriately with the registry person. He/she should make sure that information given was true and correct. This information will be used upon certification and attestation after successful fulfilment of the certification requirements.
- Registration for courses can be made via our website (www.emaratic.ae) or by contacting our Registration Desk on +971 44542021 or at info@emaratic.ae.
- For on-line registration, please select the course that you require and click on the “Register Now” button, following the instructions step by step.
- Upon receipt of registration request, enrolment on the respective training course will be confirmed by Registration Team with all necessary documentation.
- For those who registering for CMI qualifications, Learners are given a timeframe of 4 weeks to 6 weeks to complete the registration successfully after from the date of attending the course.
- Centre is not liable if mistakes occurs upon certification if the learner placed a mistake/misspelled name from the registration form given.
Fees and Invoices
- The course fees include course power point presentation, learner and center handbook, relevant materials in hard or soft documents, lunch and refreshments served during entire training (if specified). Accommodation charges are not included in the course fees.
- The participant can pay the course fee prior to attend the course online or directly or request to send an invoice to his/her company/sponsor organization. Cash deposit, bank transfer and cheque payments are also acceptable.
- The course fees are payable upon registration unless a valid, authorized Purchase Order is provided and accepted
- Invoices will be sent via email/courier to the ID/name and address provided.
- The currency of fees is in US Dollars (USD). Payments can be made in USD or UAE local currency AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams) either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. Our Bank Account details will be provided on the Invoice.
Payment
- In the case of late enrolments made within 10 working days of the start of the training, payment must be made immediately.
- In the event of non-payment by your sponsor you accept responsibility for any training or examination fees.
- The currency of fees is in US Dollars (USD). Payments can be made in USD or UAE local currency AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams) either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. Our Bank Account details will be provided on the Invoice.
- Please note that we accept payment by credit card, cash, cheque and bank transfer in USD or AED, by prior arrangements.
Cancellation
- Cancellation request must be made in writing & received two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date of the training course. A USD 200.00 processing fee will be charged per participants for each cancellation. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees due, although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a colleague who would substitute for you.
- In the event of cancellation, the accommodation fee (if applicable) it will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy and Emarati Consultant will not be hold responsible for any non-refund policy if occur.
- If less than 7 working days’ notice is given by you Emarati Consultant reserves the right to retain the whole fee.
- Emarati Consultant reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of training and examinations, which may include cancellation of an event. Where Emarati Consultant cancels an event, individuals with confirmed bookings will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
- Emarati Consultant reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any training or examination without notice in order to continuously provide a high-quality service or due to circumstances beyond its control.
Certification
Upon successfully attending and completing the training course from Emarati Consultant, the participants will receive an EMARATI Certificate of Completion, attested by KHDA.
