Tony Lavender is the Director of Consultancy and Development International, Certified Consultant Management (CMC), Certified ISO20700 Trainer by ICMCI ( see www.cdiuk.org) and is a highly experienced consultant and trainer. He previously served in the UK Ministry of Defence as a Principle Internal Consultant and the UK Cabinet Office as the Deputy Director of the Civil Service College responsible for consultancy training. He is an Approved Centre of the CMI and has worked in 20 countries providing consultancy and training.

Dr. Maan managed various multidiscipline projects, established process improvements management strategy, and directed strategic deployment of staff’s performance evaluation & professional development at senior management level in government & private sectors since 1994. He has a variety of experiences in leading various departments and functions through periods of growth and change.
