This type of learning is a combination of learning styles. Either E-Learning plus Virtual Instructor Led Training, or Classroom led Training plus Virtual Instructor Led Training. Or combination of different methods to ensure the quality of education and knowledge is met. Mostly, this type of learning style is used when the learner enrolled a master class. Master Classes involves presentation of reports and action plan (CILT), watching videos as a task or assignment given by the tutor (E-Learning) and having a chat with the tutor to discuss the assessment or reviewing the assignment (VILT). Blended learning requires more duration of time than other types of learning styles.
