This Qualification will help you on becoming a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Emarati Consultant will conduct a workshop which lead you on becoming a CMC in partnership with CMI.

This includes mentoring from the workshop tutor and the Centre: Academies incorporated by Emarati Consultant.

This will cover the following points:

Advice on completing the CMC application form and on the 15-minute PowerPoint presentation on the main project.
A check of the CMC application form
An overview of the UK CMC process
A revision of the CMI Professional Consultancy program: an update on current developments in consultancy
A practice CMC interview including the 15-minute PowerPoint
A debrief and critique from the tutor
Advice on any changes to the application form and PowerPoint
Follow up, final check of the application form and PowerPoint
