Which is based on Instructor Led Training – conducted in classroom. These courses cover workshops, brainstorming and presentation of reports, assignments and action plans. This Classroom Instructor Led training is mostly conducted within 3 to 5 days in a hotel (mostly) or in the organization (as in-house training), During this training, Distance learning sometimes is used to link the classroom remotely with an instructor who is far from the class and is able to deliver his session from distance.
