The Aim of This Unit
This unit is aimed at those who wish to gain an understanding of the role of a consultant. It identifies the importance of professionalism and client engagement
Course Delivery
This will be a Blended learning. Learning Materials is accessible Online (Self-paced learning). Mentoring and assignment briefing will be delivered via Google Meet or Zoom with the Mentor/Tutor. All course materials are available online.

Learners are allocated a Mentor and Tutor Tutors are available by telephone, Zoom, Email, WhatsApp (email via the Virtual Learning Environment) to discuss course materials and give support and assistance with assignments Learner Services are available by telephone and email to assist with any issues or concerns during your course.
