This course covers the identifying opportunities for change, in support of the organization’s objectives, determine the organisation’s position in the sector and market within which it operates, discuss a model or method to identify a change process and the communication of that change process, evaluates the impact of the change process on individuals in the organization, assessing the impact of the change on organisational stakeholders, analyzing the impact of the change on achievement of organisational objectives, describing how to secure support for the change process from senior management, demonstrating how individuals in the organisation will be supported during the change process, constructing a plan to implement and monitor the change process and analyzing the outcome of the change process against the change plan and organisational objectives.
