Web learning is based on the internet but is live (synch learning) there are three types of web learning available; Webcast which is a sort of broadcast that covers largest scale of audience with no or minimum interactions, examples of Webcast are the broadcast live in social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

CLASSROOM LEARNING

This is based on Instructor Led Training – conducted in classroom. These courses cover workshops, brainstorming and presentation of reports, assignments and action plans. This Classroom Instructor Led training is mostly conducted within 3 to 5 days in a hotel (mostly) or in the organization (as in-house training).

BLENDED LEARNING

Blended Learning – This type of learning is a combination of learning styles. Either E-Learning plus Virtual Instructor Led Training, or Classroom led Training plus Virtual Instructor Led Training. Or combination of different methods to ensure the quality of education and knowledge is met.
